I’ve been flying FPV for years, and the KISS Ultra V3 is hands down one of the most refined flight controller I’ve used. It doesn’t scream at you with a million menus or gimmicks, it just flies stupidly well.
The hardware is on point: H743 processor, rock-solid gyro, proper voltage regulators, including 12V !, and plenty of serial connections. USB-C is a nice touch ( finally ) , and the build quality looks and feels premium.
What actually matters though? The tune. Out of the box it felt insanely locked in with almost no effort. Propwash performance is top tier, and the sticks feel connected in that “buttery direct” way KISS is famous for. If you’re coming from Betaflight, you’ll notice the difference immediately it just reacts quicker and cleaner.
And one of the best things is the support is second to none thru email or Discord, i don't think the team at KISS Ultra ever sleep and the Discord community in general is very supportive. Your not just buying a FC your buying a complete package.
When buying Ultra, you dont just buy a flight controller, you buy a front seat ticket in of the best (if not the best) community and after sales service.
You having a topnotch flying quad and a whole GUI in your osd is just an added bonus.
